# 2024 Known Service Delays

## This article outlines all planned and unplanned known service delays that impact SLAs across the board.

The following dates outline specific days that customers should expect service delays.  This list goes hand-in-hand with our [Order Fulfillment SLA Policy](https://help.shipcalm.com/en/knowledge-base/order-fulfillment-slas?hsLang=en)

| **Date** | **Type** | **Comments** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| January 1st, 2025 | Holiday | ShipCalm is closed on this day. |
| July 4th, 2025 | Holiday | ShipCalm is closed on this day. |
| November 18th, 2025 to November 21st, 2025 | Technical Outage | ShipCalm's WMS provider along with some of the supporting platforms and technologies had intermittent outages during this time period. |
| November 28th, 2025 | Holiday | ShipCalm is closed on this day. |
| November 29th, 2025 to December 3rd, 2025 | Large Volume Technical Outages | Black Friday / Cyber Monday Weekend.  During these times we anticipate adding 1 to 2 days on all orders. |
| December 25th, 2025 | Holiday | ShipCalm is closed on this day. |
