Updating Carriers on Orders in InfoPlus

1. Navigate to the Order Table in InfoPlus

2. Use Smart Filters to Bulk Search for your Orders.

2a. There are several filters you can use to narrow down your search. Most common Smart Filters that are used are the Status Filter (Shows you Open, Processed, Shipped, or Cancelled) or Customer Order Number (shows you orders using your Marketplace Order Number) to search for your orders in bulk.

 

 

3. Select your Orders. You can Select Individual Orders or Select All Orders from your Search

 

3a. If you select all orders in search but want to expand selection to ALL, click "Select all X records. See below:

 

4. Click "Actions" then "Bulk Edit".

 

5. Click "Interactive" then "Next".

 

6. Click "Shipping Method" and Select "Carrier". Next Click the "Carrier" Drop Down and update the Carrier the intended Carrier Service you would like to update all carriers in your Bulk Edit batch to. 

 

7. MAKE SURE TO CLICK "Next" at the bottom of the page.

8. Depending on the number of orders in your Bulk Edit, there may be an uploading screen occur. Once reviewed, you will have a chance to Review and Submit your Bulk Edit. 

 

9. Depending on the Number of Orders being edited, this can take minutes to upload.
