How to create Disposal Order

This SOP outlines how to create Disposal Order on InfoPlus and all necessary information needed.

1. Create a Manual Order on InfoPlus

You must ensure that below information are entered correctly.

How To Create an Order in InfoPlus

  • Customer Order NO and Customer PO should be in format "DISPOSAL-MM.DD.YY"
  • Carrier - Will Call
  • Warehouse service level - X-pack out
  • Order assembly instructions - disposal request, must provide total cube to Supervisor

2. Send an email to ShipCalm notifying you have created a Disposal order on WMS.

  • Provide your order number
  • Inform ShipCalm if there are additional instructions
