This article outlines the requirements of your inventory when storing at ShipCalm
ShipCalm requires the following list of items to be true when storing inventory in our warehouse. From time to time ShipCalm may do special work on your inventory to bring it into compliance typically as part of an inbound receiving event at a cost to the customer. You can read more about those fees on our pricing rate sheet.
The following list of requirements must all be true for inventory to be considered "Compliant":
- All individual units must have a scalable barcode on the outside
- All cases and inner packs must have markings on the outside that include:
- SKU of Item Inside
- Qty of Item Inside
- All cases and inner packs must NOT have the same scalable barcode on the outside that matches the scalable barcode on the items inside. A case or inner pack could have a scalable barcode that represents 1 entire case of multiple quantities.
- All apparel must be polybagged
